ShiningBot is a dream that did not let us sleep. In a dream to build a solution that changes the way people do business, we asked about 1250 businesses in Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare and Personal Care industries about their challenges in their day in day out operations. We build ShiningBot based on that.
ShiningBot is a cloud based Consumer Behaviour Analytics and Profiling solution. Using Free WiFi services in the business premises, ShiningBot passivly collects data and does consumer behaviour analysis and consumer profile that detects their affordability levels.
Our Founding
In 2011, we built a solution called Munix and authenticating about million users every month. In 2018, we did a survey with 1250 business in Retail, Healthcare and Hospitality to understand their challenges in business. We build ShiningBot based on that and incorporated a new limited company ShiningBot Data Analytics Private Limited in 2023, and launched our solution in Indian market.
Early Growth
After a glimpse of the demand, we shifted our focus from direct marketing to Channel Partners and established our partner portal. While the team is working on acquiring new clients, we parallelly moved our Munix clients to ShiningBot. Now we are working with some of the industry leading brands in implementing the Consumer Behaviour Analysis and Profiling solution.
Seed Funding
Our current status and upcoming plans
We are in the process of structuring our initial seed funding from the founders and independent investors for product launch across India and expediate the market reach. We are also partnering with leading daily magazine as “Technology Partner” in one of their all India event. ShiningBot is working with leading Shopping Mall chain for implementing the ShiningBot solution in their malls.
