Returns due to Non-Acceptance of End User License Agreement
If you are not agreeing to the End User License Agreement of ShiningBot services, you may return your purchase to the original purchase source (distributor/dealer/reseller from whom you have originally purchased) for refund within 7 days of your purchase. All services rendered are non-refundable, once the customer agree to the End User License Agreement.

Your original purchase source may deduct the cost of sale (not exceeding INR 5,000.00 per device) and cost of any additional services rendered by your seller like installation or shipment. These additional service charges collected in addition to the above mentioned cost of sale.

Return or Refunds
Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold. All items or services purchased from ShiningBot or through its sales channel are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by ShiningBot.
